Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and in brand-new condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


How to Return a Product

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label along with clear return instructions. Please follow the steps provided to ensure a smooth process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, notify us right away so we can make it right. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

Final Sale Items & Gift Cards

Items marked as final sale, including clearance items and gift cards, are non-refundable and non-returnable.


Exchanges

Need a different size or product? The best option is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been approved and processed.


EU Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the European Union:
You have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, with no need to provide a reason. Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact. A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll send you a notification about the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
