Shipping & Order Processing

At FurRx, we proudly offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Once your payment is successfully processed, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to be packed and prepared for shipment. Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS to deliver your order safely and securely. Delivery typically takes 20 to 30 business days, depending on your shipping destination. Please note that transit delays may occur due to customs processing, remote locations, or national holidays. Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.


Items Damaged or Defective

If your package arrives damaged or the product is defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. You can begin the return or exchange process through our Returns Center. If the item is available, you may choose to receive a replacement or store credit. Please include detailed information and photos (if applicable) to help us resolve the issue swiftly.


Missing or Stolen Shipments

In the rare event your package is lost in transit and confirmed as undeliverable, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information, reshipping will require a new shipping fee.

Please note: if your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for replacement. We will, however, provide tracking records to assist you in filing a claim with your local postal provider. If you suspect theft, we recommend filing a police report and forwarding a copy to our team so we can support your claim.
